Opening up the Decode Your Story Workbook I found that there was a simplicity to it and yet it was profoundly complex in allowing some deep inner work to be achieved over a small amount of time. This is a workbook of self-discovery that I would highly recommend using again and again. Very well written. Awesome job Jackie!
Personal Growth Included!
I used this workbook in an in person workshop, but the workbook definitely stands on it’s own two feet! It really pushes you to confront your past, evaluate the labels you’ve been carrying with you, and move forward a lighter (in terms of emotional baggage), happier, more fulfilled self. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get to know them selves better or as a gift to someone you feel is losing touch with themselves.
Overall, I love this workbook!!!
